Passports and Deposits

Bethlehem

Hello Everyone,
I hope you had a great Thanksgiving.  Please remember that you will need your passport as soon as possible. It can take 4-6 weeks to get one processed so please apply now.

We have 12 paid deposits and I believe another one is on the way, that means we still need 3 or 4 more people for the trip. I know of several people who are thinking about the trip but have not decided yet. Please spread the word that it is not too late to sign up and come along. I am optimistic that we will get the numbers we need to make the trip work out as planned.

I hope your getting excited as Christmas approaches because soon you will see Bethlehem and Nazareth and Jerusalem and may other places mentioned in the Bible.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Deposits, Passports and More

Come Ride Where Indy Rode!! Petra the Rose-Red City

Hello

Image yourself riding a horse into the red sandstone gorge of Petra, walking down the Roman streets of  Jerash, climbing the walls of the Crusader castle of Karak, taking a boatride on the Sea of Galilee and seeing the Old City of Jerusalem.

Plans for our trip are starting to come together.

I have heard from some of you since I was able to send out an email last night. My computer crashed last week and that has slowed down some of my work. I need to hear from all of you.

1. I wanted to encourage you to get your passport applications started now. Even if some of you are not sure if you will be able to find the funds to come if you have your passport then you will be ready to go.

2. If your having trouble with the deposit it is still possible to go along on the trip, please write to me and we can try to work things out with you.

3. Please let me know, if you have not already, if you have a passport or if you have applied for one. This is VERY important. Please don’t wait on this.

I have a list of about 30 people who have expressed interest in the trip, we need 16 people to really keep this price on the trip.

I am excited about the upcoming trip and I hope you are too. Use the Thanksgiving Break to ask friends, relatives, churches, to help you go on this once in a lifetime trip.

Remember you DO NOT have to take this trip for credit but UNDERGRAD and GRAD credit are available for this trip if you need it.
