Now that the holidays are behind us and we are starting to get into the new semester. I want to remind of a few things.
1. Please make sure you have sent me the correct information, your name as it appears on your passport, the passport number, which course you are signed up for, and your payments.
2. I still need passport numbers for
Marion Clifton; Jimmy Moore; Isaiah Prater; Mitch Swartzentruber; and Olivia Sanders
Please let me know you number and if you are still waiting on your passport & please send me the date your ordered the passport
3. Remember your second $500 dollar payment is now due, if you are signed up for the course and are paying KCU for the trip I will contact the business office and work out the procedure. If you are not signed up for the course please make your check payable to Cross Culture Travel and Tours and mail it to 207 North Court Street, Grayson, KY 41143
4. I need to know if you want any assistance in getting your air ticket to JFK New York? Please let me know how you are getting there and once you get a flight number airline etc please send me the information.
